GFSF Program Goals for Middle & High Schools
- All students leave high school with an informed career choice and 10-year plan
- Increase engagement, academic achievement, and attendance of ALL students
- Reduce suspension, expulsion, and dropout rates
- Increase the percentage of students that graduate from high school, continue their education at a college, university, or CTE certificate program
- Facilitate students’ entry to post-secondary education with college and career-ready skills
- Award A-G approval and offer dual enrollment or high school articulation early college credit
GFSF Program Goals for Community Colleges
- Foster K12 and Community College partnerships so that students arrive at college or post-secondary certificate program with an informed, declared major based on their career choice
- Equip students with a meaningful and comprehensive online Skills-Based 10-Year Career & Education Plan
- Promote retention, timely degree/certificate completion, and/or transfer within two years
- Increase college completion and successful entry into the workforce
