The mission of the Get Focused, Stay Focused nonprofit is to support every student from a dream, to a direction, to a destination. We do this by promoting quality implementation of the GFSF career curriculum in partner K12 schools, colleges, and adult schools so that every student develops an informed career choice and 10-year plan for the future.

We support students by:

• Providing wrap-around services to partner schools
• Assisting new teachers with professional learning communities
• Supplying teachers with regional labor market information on high-wage, high-demand careers
• Training teachers to become career mentors
• Helping schools scale from a stand-alone career class in 9th grade to annual career planning
• Facilitating early college credit for students in the high school career classes
• Evaluating Get Focused, Stay Focused program student outcomes
• Acting as the fiscal agent on workforce training grant projects
