Grant Project Work

Supporting Career Planning and Workforce Preparation

Since 2023, Get Focused, Stay Focused has expanded its impact by serving as fiscal agent on several collaborative state and federal grants supporting community members who face the most barriers to employment. These programs provide participants with essential career planning skills, then layer on technical training, work-based learning, and job placement support.
