With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Susan Bonanno is dedicated to providing outstanding service and communication to her clients and REALTOR® partners. Susan helps secure the best loan solution for her clients, and acts as their advocate throughout the entire process. With a B.A. in business economics, and an M.A. in counseling, Susan’s unique background lets her listen and support clients while providing in-depth education on loan options. Her commitment to go the extra mile allows her to confidently and efficiently guide her clients through the lending process, and her passion for helping people has led to a strong base of referrals.

Susan has lived in Santa Barbara since 1990 and raised her three children here. Having shepherded three children through the education system, she can see the need to help students connect what they are learning to how they will make a living.
