Hilary had a rich international career in HR consulting before starting and operating an executive coaching and leadership development company supporting leaders and their teams across diverse industry sectors, e.g. eBay, Dole, Capital Group, Price Waterhouse Cooper, Sony, Cargill, Johnson & Johnson, Parsons Engineering and NASA.
She brought these skills into the education sector, working as an Industry Liaison for VC Innovates, helping to fulfill its 5-year California Career Pathway Trust grant objectives to connect students to career pathways in Ventura County.
In this role Hilary built trusting working relationships with employers and employer associations, State, regional and local (K14) education personnel. She managed many employment preparation initiatives including internship programs, and also acquired CTE teaching credentials which allowed her to work directly with students.
