Shirley Mileca Smith has worked in the field of financial aid and financial aid systems for over 25 years. She worked at both UC Santa Barbara and UC San Diego in various financial aid system positions. Most recently she has been working for the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara as the Assistant Director of Programs. Shirley has lived in the Santa Barbara area for almost 10 years. She chose to join the Get Focused, Stay Focused Board because of her commitment to student career success.
