GFSF Customized Technical Assistance
We are happy to work with schools or colleges using the Career Choices curriculum to provide consulting and professional development in a variety of areas in addition to the main technical assistance packages.
Here are some examples of areas we can help with:
- Executive Coaching for new teachers in Professional Learning Communities or one-on-one
- Help parents understand how they can support their students in career planning
- Gather data to report for grants or to present to Boards
- Dual Enrollment/ high school articulation/ Early College
- Link the program with community college Promise programs/ Guided Pathways
- Provide transition support when there are changes in administration
- High school counselor training on using the students’ 10-year plans
- Professional development on teaching strategies for counselors new to teaching
